Job Description:
Research & Analysis (55% of the time)
- Prepare plans of action for investment, using financial analyses, including but not limited to the following tasks: a) conduct research on investment allocation for annuity interest rates from major carriers. b) Analyze statistical data, IRR, for fund companies and prepare financial plans for investments, and c) prepare financial plans for companies’ index life insurance strategies by choosing optimal high yield investment options for potential clients.
- Make economic and statistical suggestions based on output date, including but not limited to the following tasks: a) pitch investment plans and client bases tailored to investors’ new portfolios based on output data, b) provide economics suggestions to clients based on the performance of financial ratio data and interest history to optimize portfolios, c) tailor financial planning and insurance plans with best index strategies for specific clients based on output date.
- Analyze what kind of projects are suitable for our clients who have different needs, such as investment or primary residence, task including but not limited to: a) create custom investment portfolios for domestic and foreign clients, b) research and analyze the advantage of different products for both local and international market client.
- Compare and analyze advantages and disadvantages of different projects, such as ROI, holding costs and other aspects, tasks including but not limited to: a) compare multiple company index strategies and calculate the cost of each product, b) compare loan rates of multiple insurance companies; compare companies; ROI to provide financial estimates to clients, c) compiles lists of advantages and disadvantages for financial strategies with different fund companies.
- Monitor fundamental economic, industry, and corporate developments by analyzing information from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, or personal interviews. Task including, but not limited to: a) manage corporate developments by monitoring and analyzing fundamental economic trends and analyzing financial plans of insurance products, and b) oversee the transition of existing life insurance clients from previous insurance American funds.
Client Counseling (35% of the time)
- Design life insurance plan for domestic potential clients, design life insurance plans for foreign nationals, develop financial plans for international clients in the domestic market.
- Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
- Answer clients’ questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.
- Recommend to client’s strategies in cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, or other areas to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Consult potential Client, primarily Chinese insurance buyers, about potential benefits and risks of offered projects/plans.
- Guide clients in the gathering of information, such as bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, pension plans, or wills.
- Prepare or interpret for client’s information such as (insurance) investment performance reports, financial document summaries, or income projections.
- Present oral or written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries, so the client can make decision on the type of insurances to purchase, tasks including: a) prepare oral presentation about economic trends for clients, and b) prepare entire industry reports on insurance and annuity for public.
Other (10% of the time)
- Attend Financial Advisor meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current about products, services and policies.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
- Create a sales and marketing strategy for new client relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor or equivalent in finance, Business Administration, or other related field
• At least 6 months of experience in finance, Business Administration, or other related field
Salary: $70,000.00
